PURPOSE: A non-powered pot cultivation system using a non-powered irrigation and hydroponic system is provided to continuously irrigate for the constant period with one water supplying process. CONSTITUTION: A non-powered pot cultivation system comprises a replaceable water container(120), a pot(110) with crops, and an irrigation and hydroponic system(150). The irrigation and hydroponic system includes a groove(154) for gathering water of a nutrient solution, a pot mounting unit(152) for dipping the bottom of the pot under water, a water container mounting base, a connection passage(155) connecting the pot mounting unit and the water container mounting base, a water level controller(130) for opening and closing a valve of the water container mounting base, and first and second rock layers(171,172) located on the bottom and the side wall of the pot.
