PURPOSE: A producing method of seasoned green laver is provided to prevent the unique fishy smell of green laver, and to offer the crunchy texture of the seasoned green laver to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned green laver comprises the following steps: supplying edible oil(30) through a discharge hole(61) of an edible oil supply pipe to 60-75wt% of green laver, and roasting the green laver for 8-15 minutes using an impeller(51); adding 10-20wt% of dried shrimp, 2-6wt% of onion powder, 1-5wt% of lentinus edodes powder, 2-3wt% of sugar, and 0.5-1.5wt% of salt into the green laver, and roasting the mixture for 13-17 minutes; adding 0.2-0.5wt% of green tea powder, 1-2wt% sesame oil or perilla oil, and 1-3wt% of sesame seeds, and roasting the mixture while preventing the sticking to a roaster(10); and discharging the obtained seasoned green laver to a storage box(70), and packing into a sealed state. |
