The light (11) has a reflector (12) i.e. parabolic reflector, mounted with a lighting device (10) that is equipped with a folded substrate forming a pyramid i.e. truncated pyramid, or an open prism whose two side faces are provided with LEDs (9), where the folded substrate is cut at a level of lateral edges and precut at a level of edges of a base. A notch is provided between adjacent side faces located on sides of a cut.
