PURPOSE: A makeup board and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve decoration effects by improving antibiosis and weather resistance at a makeup sheet. CONSTITUTION: Melamine resin solution(a1-a3) is inserted at the printing paper for a restroom(b) and a craft paper(c1). The melamine resin solution of a surface layer is cured by performing a heat treatment during sixty seconds to ninety seconds. Each print paper and craft paper is mixed. The makeup board is cured by performing a pressure and heat treatment during thirty seconds to forty seconds from a high pressure heat press. The makeup board is adhered at the one side or both sides of a board.
