PURPOSE: A planar sound-proof panel with a planar external surface is provided to enable sheet paper with designs to be attached since an external surface is formed to be planar without a height difference or connection. CONSTITUTION: A planar sound-proof panel comprises a bearing member, an external wall panel(100), an internal wall panel(300), and a coupling member. The bearing member comprises a sound absorbing material. The external wall panel is coupled to the bearing member and faces a roadside. The internal wall panel is bonded to one surface of the bearing member and faces the inside of the field. The coupling member is coupled so that sound-proof panels can be stacked on/under the bearing member coupled to the internal and external wall panels.
