PURPOSE: A method for providing wafer production service for dental treatment, and a server and a terminal thereof are provided to enable a user to confirm and analyze the result of surgical operation through a three-dimensional tooth model. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing wafer production service for dental treatment comprises: a transfer step of transferring data for wafer about the upper and lower jaws from a user terminal(700) as a result of a virtual operation about the upper and lower jaws based on virtual overlapped data on a two-dimensional head image and a three-dimensional tooth model; and a step of manufacturing a real wafer by using data for the wafer.
