摘要 PURPOSE: An environmental-friendly ingot producing method for coating a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy is provided to reduce producing costs by easily producing an ingot having magnesium in the air. CONSTITUTION: An environmental-friendly ingot producing method for coating a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy is as follows. Solid magnesium or solid magnesium alloy is put into a first mold(S10). Solid aluminum or solid aluminum alloy is heated at the temperature of over 660 degrees and is melted. The melted solid aluminum or solid aluminum alloy is put into the first mold(S20). The metal in the first mold is cooled, and the aluminum-magnesium metal is separated from the first mold(S30). Solid zinc is heated at the temperature of over 420 degrees and is melted. The melted zinc is put into a second mold(S40). The aluminum-magnesium metal is put into the second mold filled with the melted zinc(S50). Required zinc is additionally put into the second mold(S60). The metal in the second mold is cooled and is hardened. The hardened zinc-aluminum-magnesium metal is separated from the second mold(S70).
