PURPOSE: A mask for exposure and the chip on a glass type liquid crystal display device with a narrow bezel manufactured by using the same are provided to implement a narrow bezel by making the size of a hole and the interval between holes less than 3um. CONSTITUTION: In a mask for exposure and the chip on a glass type liquid crystal display device with a narrow bezel manufactured by using the same, a concavo-convex side end(S1) is composed of a straight line portion(A1) and a concavo-convex region(A2). A light shielding pattern(130) of a bar blocks light to be parallel with the straight line portion. A transmission part(TA) is composed in order to form a hole on the thin film. The transmission part comprises a wing pattern(120). The straight line portion comprises a slit(SL).
