The vehicle has a chassis mounted with front and rear wheels, and a front motor (8) and a rear motor (9) connected to one of the wheels for driving the wheels to rotate. Main batteries (11, 12) are mounted on the chassis, connected to the motors and coupled to a control unit (14) via a distribution circuit. A removable thermal power generator (19) is arranged in a housing (18) of the chassis and provided with a connector (17) for connection to the generator. The connector is electrically connected to the distribution circuit for allowing recharge of a battery by the generator.
