HARD STRIP WINDER USING BELT WRAPPER

PURPOSE: A high-strength strip winding machine using a belt wrapper is provided to improve winding quality by forming a coil in a circular shape and to easily separate the coil from a mandrel. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength strip winding machine using a belt wrapper comprises a mandrel(50), multiple pulleys(R1-R9), a belt(30), guide roll units(60,70), and a control unit. The mandrel winds a strip(20) inserted into a main body(10). The pulleys are installed around the mandrel. The belt is touched with the outer surface of the mandrel and is rotated along the pulleys. The guide roll units press a part of the belt which is touched with the outer surface of the mandrel. The control unit controls the operation of the guide roll units.
