The device has a blocking unit for ensuring blocking of translation of modules (M1, M2) in a deployed position. A fixing unit ensures fixing of the modules on ground in a blocking position. The blocking unit comprises a retractable finger (6) carried by one module (M1), and is engaged in an opening (7) that comprises a part of another module (M2) at which the finger slides. The fixing unit comprises a bead (9) carried by the former module, where the bead cooperates with a shoe (10) fixed on the ground by sliding motion.
