PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods that are useful in reducing Rho A mRNA levels, RhoA protein levels, and the treatment of pathological process mediated by RhoA at least partly, e.g., preventing RhoA inhibition of axonal elongation and regeneration, in a subject, e.g., a mammal such as a human.

SOLUTION: There are disclosed compositions and methods for modulating the expression of the RhoA gene, and more particularly to the downregulation of RhoA by chemically modified oligonucleotides.
