<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost magnetic component unit and a magnetic component fixed structure where assemblability to a fixed body and heat dissipation are excellent and a core cracks hardly occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic component unit 1 comprises a magnetic component 2 including a coil 21, an upper core 22, and a lower core 23 and a spring holder 3 having a holding function that holds a magnetic component and a fixing function that fixes the magnetic component to a fixed body. The spring holder includes a leaf spring part 31 that is brought into press contact with a top surface 221 of the upper core, a holding leg part 32 that locks a lower surface of the lower core, and a fixed leg part 33 that protrudes outside. The holding function of the spring holder is implemented by the leaf spring part and the holding leg part. The fixing function of the spring holder is implemented by the leaf spring part and the fixed leg part. The holding leg part includes a side contact part 321 abutting on a side face 232 of the lower core, a clearance formation part 322 that forms a clearance on the lateral side of a lower side corner 233 of the lower core, and a bearing part 323 supporting the lower surface of the lower core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
