<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbiological culture sheet which can spread suspected liquid on a culture sheet to a predetermined area without requiring complicated operations, nor generating the loss of operation time, and capable of performing quick inoculation operation, is equipped with a culture layer required with even thickness enough for growing microorganisms, can perform an accurate microbiological test, and reduces wastes of expensive microbiological culture materials. <P>SOLUTION: The microbiological culture sheet includes a dried culture layer in a predetermined area on a base material sheet. The culture layer has a predetermined area virtually divided in a plurality of division areas.
