<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal plant and an operating method for the waste disposal plant which enable stable operation of a melting furnace. <P>SOLUTION: A crusher is provided as a first means between a thermal decomposition furnace that discharges thermal decomposition residue and a melting furnace that is supplied with thermal decomposition residue. The crusher is capable of changing a crushing force for crushing thermal decomposition residue based on the state of the thermal decomposition residue. A mixing device is provided as a second means between a thermal decomposition furnace that discharges thermal decomposition residue and a melting furnace that is supplied with a thermal decomposition residue in one plant system. The mixing device mixes the thermal decomposition residue in one plant system with a thermal decomposition residue flowing through another plant system, based on the state of thermal decomposition residue in a plurality of plant systems. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
