<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy tailored blank for warm press forming which can be press-formed with a joined state kept as it is by using not any special lubricant but lubricating oil for general purpose. <P>SOLUTION: In i-pieces of joints J<SB POS="POST">i</SB>in which a thin plate of the thickness of t<SB POS="POST">i1</SB>and a thick plate of the thickness of t<SB POS="POST">i2</SB>are joined with each other, the inequalities ä(t<SB POS="POST">i1</SB>+t<SB POS="POST">i2</SB>)/2}≤h<SB POS="POST">i</SB>≤t<SB POS="POST">i2</SB>, and 1.5×t<SB POS="POST">i1</SB><W<2.5×t<SB POS="POST">i2</SB>, wherein hi and Wi denote the height and the width of a center portion of a joined metal part, and the inequalities 0<ΔV<SB POS="POST">iW1</SB><20 and 0<ΔV<SB POS="POST">iW2</SB><20 are satisfied, wherein ΔV<SB POS="POST">iW1</SB>denotes the difference between the hardness V<SB POS="POST">iHAZ1</SB>of a heat affected zone of the thin plate and the hardness V<SB POS="POST">iW</SB>of the joined metal part, and ΔV<SB POS="POST">iW2</SB>denotes the difference between the hardness V<SB POS="POST">iHAZ2</SB>of the heat affected zone of the thick plate and the hardness V<SB POS="POST">iW</SB>of the joined metal part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
