The present invention relates to a camera lighting apparatus including a shielding member for the prevention of optical sensor malfunctioning, and more particularly, to a camera lighting apparatus including a shielding member for preventing nighttime shooting problems caused when light from a light source is cast unintentionally onto an optical sensor for illumination detection, such as a CDS sensor, whereupon the optical sensor malfunctions at night, and the light source blinks (a phenomenon known as "hunting"). The camera lighting apparatus of the present invention includes: a housing having a window at the front portion; a light source built into the housing; an optical sensor for illumination detection arranged in the housing to turn the light source on or off; and a shielding member disposed at the window to prevent the light from the light source from entering the optical sensor through the window of the housing to cause malfunction. |
