The present invention relates to kitchen scissors which have a function of a garlic masher and a peeler for peeling carrots or potatoes, and which easily cut a variety of foods such as meat, fish, ham, etc., and vinyl bags, and which can be easily cleaned after use, and in which a contact force between upper and lower blades of the scissors is maintained over a long period of use. For this, the kitchen scissors of the present invention have upper and lower blades hinged into an X-shape or coupled integrally by a U-shaped elastic piece like conventional scissors, and have a garlic mashing portion for mashing garlic or ginger, a vegetable cutting portion for cutting bulky vegetables, a meat cutting portion for cutting meat, and a peeler for peeling potatoes, wherein the garlic mashing portion, the vegetable cutting portion, the meat cutting portion and the peeler are formed at the upper and lower blades. The scissors also have a hinge portion including a hinge shaft having a spring insertion groove, a torsion spring, and a knob having a spring control valve. |
