Provided is an arithmetic learning device with a game function with which calculations of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing simple positive and negative numbers can be enjoyed and learned while developing the ability to think logically and simultaneously arithmetic can be learned in a simple way like playing a game or a puzzle. N first cells are disposed along a vertical axis. N second cells and N third cells or (N -1) second cells and N third cells are disposed to the respective left and right of a horizontal axis intersecting the vertical axis. Operation symbols are given in overlapped regions between horizontal coordinates and vertical coordinates. Question cells in which question numbers are displayed are disposed at the most outside of the respective overlapped regions. The blank spaces of the first to third cells are filled with numbers so that the numbers in the question cells are given by the relationship among the first cells, one of the operation symbols, and the second cells and the relationship among the first cells, one of the operation symbols, and the third cells. The numbers in the first to third cells are continuous integers, and it is determined whether the numbers filled in the blank spaces are correct or not.
