<p>A broadband service configuration method in Passive Optical Network (PON) system is provided. The method comprises the steps: after an OLT (Optical Line Terminal) determines the services of an ONU (Optical Network Unit), the OLT constructs a virtual interface bearing the services, configures basic services on said virtual interface, and sends information of the virtual interface to the ONU. A broadband service configuration apparatus in PON system is also provided. The apparatus includes a service determining module, a virtual interface constructing module and a service module. The configuration of broadband services is simplified and unified by this invention.</p> |
