PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to treat an aluminum metal film or a fine aluminum metal particle by heat without oxidation, thereby omitting a process for eliminating an oxidation film from the aluminum metal film or the fine aluminum metal particle. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive film pattern(130) comprises a gate electrode and a first capacitor electrode. A gate insulating film pattern(140) is formed on the first conductive layer pattern. A poly crystal silicon film pattern(150) includes an active layer and a second capacitor electrode which are formed on the gate insulating film pattern. An interlayer insulating film pattern(160) is formed on the poly crystal silicon film pattern. A second conductive film pattern(170) is formed on the interlayer insulating film pattern.
