<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device that uses light emitting elements each having a laminate structure provided with plural light emitting units, and varies a little in luminous color even in long-term use. <P>SOLUTION: A light emission region is divided into plural light emission areas, and the plural light emission elements are provided in the divisional light emission areas. At least one of the plural light emission elements serves as a first light emission element having plural light emission units, and at least one of the plural light emission elements serves as a second light emission element. When an initial light emission color of the first light emission element is represented as a first light emission color and a light emission color of the first light emission element which varies with time is represented as a second light emission color, the second light emission element emits light whose color corresponds to the complementary color of the second light emission color. An illuminating device has control means which controls the light emission of each of the first light emission element and the second light emission element independently, thereby suppressing the color shift caused by the aging variation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
