<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing the bulk of a dike by utilizing rising water during a flood. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial ground, which is provided on the riverbed including the dike, comprises a water shielding sheet and a structure constructed on the water shielding sheet, the water shielding sheet is spread so as to cover the riverbed from the dikes on both sides and is to expand exceeding the height of the dike by rising water when the water of a river increases. In order to prevent the rising water from overflowing from the dike, by covering the riverbed with the water shielding sheet in a tunnel shape and introducing the rising water into the tunnel, the water shielding sheet is expanded exceeding the height of the dike. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
