<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device having an electrostatic touch switch capable of correctly controlling equipment without using another means to detect that the operational state of an electrode key is not good. <P>SOLUTION: An input device comprises an electrode key for inputting an operation or setup, an electrostatic capacity sensor part for detecting electrostatic capacity generated between the electrode key and a human body to convert the detected capacity to an electric signal correlating to the capacity, an A/D conversion part for converting the electric signal from the electrostatic capacity sensor part to a digital code, an error correction detection part for correcting and detecting the error in the digital code converted by the A/D conversion part, and a control part for discriminating operated state based on the corrected code and error detection information obtained by the error correction detection part to control equipment on the basis of the discriminated result, in which the control part correctly discriminates the operation or setup, thereby allowing correct control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
