<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which is excellent in transparency, has a high surface hardness and has low water absorptivity, and to provide a protective sheet for display using the laminated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is made by laminating an acrylic resin layer on at least one surface of an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer resin layer, wherein haze of the laminated sheet is 0.3% or less, thickness of the laminated sheet is 0.3 to 3 mm and thickness of the acrylic resin layer is 50% or less of the thickness of the laminated sheet and is 60 to 200 μm. Also, the protective sheet for display made of the laminated sheet is provided. Preferably, the acrylic resin layers are laminated on both surfaces of the acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer resin layer.
