<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for regenerating compact and low-cost molding sand continuously polishing molding old sand, and not needing skilled technique such as balance adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: An input chute 2 for putting in the molding old sand A is installed on the upper face of a cylindrical body 1 wherein the lower face is opened; a blower 3 feeding air is installed to the cylindrical body 1; a spiral plate 1a forming air blowing of the blower 3 in a vortex flow is installed inside the cylindrical body 1; vertically communicating tubular grind stones 6 are installed to the lower end of the cylindrical body 1; skirt-like sand diffusion bodies 7 in each of which a passage area is narrowed to diffuse the molding old sand A to an internal face direction are installed to the center of the inside of the grind stones 6; and a collection tank 9 with a discharge duct 11 collecting already polished regenerated sand a is installed to the lower end of the grind stone 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
