<p>In order to simplify the attachment of a cover member, an intake duct (10) is provided with: a conduit body (12) that has an air flow path (14) connecting an inlet (12a) and an outlet (12b) and vent holes (28) connecting said air flow path (14) to the outside; an air-permeable cover member (32); and a holding member (34) affixed so as to extend along the inner or outer peripheral surface of the conduit body (12) and so as to hold the cover member (32), which covers the vent holes (28), at a position separated from the vent holes (28).
