<p>PURPOSE: A fluid amplifier is provided to stably transfer an object by providing the low-pressure fluid to a contactless suction gripping device through the maintaining of the gap between an object and a contactless suction gripping apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A fluid amplifier comprises a first fluid nozzle(10), a diffuser(30) and a fluid chamber(40). The first fluid nozzle amplifies the fluid. The diffuser is connected to the first fluid nozzle and changes the kinetic energy of the fluid provided from the first fluid nozzle into the pressure energy. The fluid chamber is connected to the diffuser and stores the fluid provided from the diffuser. A second fluid nozzle is installed between the first fluid nozzle and the diffuser.</p> |
