<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize cooling of a liquefied gas base, to reduce carbon-dioxide emissions of an industry plant, and to enrich a plant factory with carbon dioxide and cool the plant factory. <P>SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery utilization system includes: a carbon dioxide recovery apparatus 21 which separates and recovers a carbon dioxide exhausted from a carbon dioxide production source; a dry ice production container 22 that exchanges heat between the carbon dioxide recovered by the carbon dioxide recovery apparatus 21 and a liquefied gas to make a dry ice; and the plant factory 3 that produces plants.
