<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by suppressing excess rotation of an electric motor in a control device of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: While carrying out driving connection of a multistage transmission 13 to an engine 11 through a clutch 12, driving connecting of the multistage transmission 13 is carried out to a motor generator 14 through a clutch 15 and a gear pair 26, and driving connection of the driving wheel 17 is carried out to the multistage transmission 13 through a last reduction gear 16.
