<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a square cylindrical container made of stainless steel with high production efficiency and at inexpensive production cost. <P>SOLUTION: A process A (an uncompleted square cylindrical container is press-formed by applying a plurality of stages of press drawing to a stainless steel material in sequence), a process B (a bent part is press-formed at the outer flange of a product integrated with a container body constituting the uncompleted square cylindrical container and spread to the outer side from the upper opening edge straight side during press drawing at a final stage), a process C (annealing treatment is applied to the entire uncompleted square cylindrical container while the outer flange of the product with the bent part press-formed remains), and a process D (a completed square cylindrical container is manufactured by trimming the outer flange of the product from the uncompleted square cylindrical container after the annealing treatment), are carried out in sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
