HALL ELEMENT CONTROL CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a camera module and an input/output wiring thereof.

SOLUTION: A first terminal T1a provides bias voltage to a high-potential side input terminal T1b of a hall element 14. A second terminal T2b provides ground potential to a low-potential side input terminal T2b of the hall element 14. A source terminal of a p-channel type transistor Mp1 is connected with a power supply potential and a drain terminal thereof is connected with the first terminal. An operational amplifier OP2 performs differential amplification of the predetermined set voltage and the voltage of the first terminal T1a and controls gate voltage of the p-channel type transistor Mp1.
