<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle front structure which prevents underriding so that a vehicle bumps and enters below a front car and improves shock resistance without impairing weight reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle front structure, both ends 47, 48 of a tubular bumper beam 14 are connected to right and left side frames 16, 17, respectively. The bumper beam 14 is configured in such a way that an upper bumper beam 22 is superimposed on a lower bumper beam 21, both ends 23-26 of the lower and upper bumper beams 21, 22 are formed linearly in the front and center of the vehicle, i.e. obliquely (in a direction shown by an arrow a3), and intermediate portions 53, 54, 55 and 56 are formed in the vehicle front (in a direction shown by an arrow a4). Centers 57, 58 are formed linearly and at the vehicle front from both ends 25, 26, and either of the centers 57, 58 is bent to the upper part or the lower part of the vehicle 11 so as to be spaced from the other center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
