<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection system, a signal processing method thereof, and a program which make it possible to detect subjects for each subject even if a plurality of subjects exist. <P>SOLUTION: In a detection system including a position storing unit 144 capable of storing information on position including detection range in an image of a plurality of subjects, and a subject position determination unit 17 for determining a position of a subject including the detection range by retrieving position and size of the subject in an entire image from detection information obtained from a determination unit 16 and capable of storing detection information including the detection range regarding the subject in a position storing unit, an analysis processing unit 14 obtains a signal for each predetermined scan face cycle from an imaging apparatus, calculates time average of signal level difference from the signal level difference of signals between a plurality of different scan faces, performs analysis processing for performing a predetermined calculation based on a value of time average, and performs the analysis processing selectively for an image in the designated detection position range in detection information when detection information is stored in the position storing unit 144. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
