<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a structure in which a double row ball bearing unit having the sizes of contact angles between both rows made different from each other as desired is certainly assembled without mistaking the combination direction of respective structural members, and further to materialize a structure in which the attachment direction of the double row ball bearing unit, regulated by making the sizes of contact angles between both rows different from each other, is scarcely mistaken, at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The contact angles α and β are made different from each other by making outer diameters of inner ring orbits 7a, 7b formed on outer circumferential surfaces of a pair of inner rings 3c, 3d different from each other. Also dimensions of widths of both inner rings 3c, 3d with respect to axial directions are made different from each other, shapes of chamfering parts 8a, 8b are made different from each other, and outer diameters of shoulder parts are made different from each other. Differences in shapes of both inner rings 3c, 3d and differences of both contact angles α and β based on differences in outer diameters of both inner ring orbits 7a, 7b are brought into connection with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
