<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated dienic polymer capable of providing a polymer composition excellent in fuel economy. <P>SOLUTION: The conjugated dienic polymer is obtained by reacting one terminal of a conjugated dienic polymer having a conjugated diene unit and a monomer unit based on a compound represented by formula (1) with a specific silicon compound having at least one hydrocarbyloxy group, and -NR<SP POS="POST">24</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">25</SP>. In the formula, R<SP POS="POST">11</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom or a 1-5C hydrocarbyl group; m is 0 or 1; R<SP POS="POST">12</SP>denotes a hydrocarbylene group; R<SP POS="POST">13</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">14</SP>denote a hydrocarbyl group or a trihydrocarbylsilyl group.
