POWER SOURCE DETECTION CIRCUIT

In a power source detection circuit, a comparison circuit for detection (104) has inputted thereto an input signal (102) and a reference signal (103) by an input switching signal generating circuit (112) in order to compare both the input signal and the reference signal at nearly the switching time between the active mode and the inactive mode of the output. Meanwhile, the input voltage of comparison circuit when not in use (110) is inputted into the comparison circuit for detection (104) except at nearly the switching time, and the differential inputs are fixed to the same potential. Thus, the degradation over time of power source detection accuracy caused by BT degradation is effectively suppressed.
