<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist twisting mat by which one can do aerobic exercise on rhythm for stretching. <P>SOLUTION: Handles 3 are arranged at both side of the mat 1 such that the waist is twisted, the surrounding of the abdominal part is fastened, low back pain is prevented, one can diet and take a countermeasure to metabolism, by laying a body on the back on the mat 1, by raising knees, by grasping handles 3 on both sides by hands, and by monotonously turning down the knees to right and left to the rhythm.
