<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled copper alloy foil suitable for a material of a negative electrode current collector of a secondary battery, and a negative electrode current collector, a negative electrode plate and a battery using the rolled copper alloy foil. <P>SOLUTION: The rolled copper alloy foil of the negative electrode current collector for the secondary battery has an oxygen-free copper basis containing Sn of 0.05 to 0.22 mass%, of which remnant is Cu and impurities. The rolled copper alloy foil has a conductivity of 80% IACS or greater. In the rolled copper alloy foil, a crystal orientation, obtained after the foil is heated at 300°C for 30 minutes, has a relationship represented by 10≥(5*I<SB POS="POST">(220)</SB>/I<SB POS="POST">0(220)</SB>+2*I<SB POS="POST">(111)</SB>/I<SB POS="POST">0(111)</SB>+I<SB POS="POST">(311)</SB>/I<SB POS="POST">0(311)</SB>)≥20 [I<SB POS="POST">(hkl)</SB>: an X-ray-diffraction-obtained integrated intensity of a (hkl) surface to the copper alloy foil surface, I<SB POS="POST">0(hkl)</SB>: an X-ray-diffraction-obtained integrated intensity of a (hkl) surface to copper powder], and a tension strength obtained after the foil is heated at 300°C for 30 minutes is 400 MPa or greater. The rolled copper alloy foil may contain 0.1 mass% or less of Ag. The rolled copper alloy foil is used in the negative electrode current collector, the negative electrode current collector is used in the negative electrode plate, and the negative electrode plate is used in the secondary battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
