<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicast delivery control system capable of appropriately delivering multicast contents without performing delivery control for a communication device. <P>SOLUTION: In a multicast delivery control system for controlling the delivery of multicast contents to a terminal, the movable terminal transmits position information of the terminal and an acquisition request of the multicast contents for a content delivery control server which controls the delivery of the multicast contents. If a server communication unit of the content delivery control server receives the position information and the acquisition request from the terminal, and the received position information is determined to be included in transmittable regions of the multicast contents, channel information, and regional position information indicating positions of the regions stored in a setting storage unit, the server communication unit transmits multicast contents viewable by the terminal in the region based on the corresponding channel information.
