<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video/sound viewing system capable of tranquilizing an excited state accompanying video viewing. <P>SOLUTION: The video/sound viewing system includes a video/sound content information database 2 for supplying the content information of video/sound, a tranquilizing information database 4 for supplying tranquilizing information, a controller 6 for information-processing the content information and the tranquilizing information, and tranquilizing information outputting means (for example, image/video information outputting means 10, sound information outputting means 12) for outputting the tranquilizing information.
