摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment capable of correcting a reference frequency with high accuracy while keeping the power consumption in a circuit low. <P>SOLUTION: A communication equipment has: a reference frequency generator 41 that generates a reference frequency; a high-accuracy reference frequency generator 51 that generates a high-accuracy reference frequency having an accuracy higher than that of the reference frequency; a transmitter 26 that operates based on the high-accuracy reference frequency, and transmits a first periodic signal; and a wireless signal detector 23 that operates based on the reference frequency, and detects a second periodic signal, which is transmitted from an external equipment every in a first cycle, every in a second cycle corresponding to the first cycle.
