<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of checking power consumption of a customer while reducing additional power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An output section 34 outputs scanning bit string data including a piece of information on scan frequency and initial power based on the frequency. The information is broken down into data based on the scan frequency, and is decomposed into time-series digital data by an IFFT module 19. After D/A conversion by an AFE 11, the data is transmitted to a power line 10 as scanning analogue data. The power line 10 receives reflected analog data. After A/D conversion by the AFE 11, the data is converted into frequency-series reflection spectral data by the FFT module 14 and sent to a collating section 31. The collating section 31 collates a set of attenuation rate based on scan frequency with pattern data registered in a pattern correlation storing section 32 and outputs a connection state of an associated outlet as a collation result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
