<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line-head type inkjet recording apparatus that ejects a plurality of types of inks, and prevents changes of ejection properties which differ depending on the type of ink from. <P>SOLUTION: The recording apparatus compares the ejection number of liquid from each of the recording heads counted by an ejection number counting means with a threshold set for each of the recording heads. The recording apparatus includes a holder moving means capable of moving a holder in a main scanning direction when, in any recording head, the counted ejection number of the liquid exceeds the threshold set for the recording head. The recording apparatus includes a holder position adjusting means for adjusting the position of the holder so that the accumulated ejection number of an ejection port up to that time formed in a conveying region is the smallest in the holder movable positions regarding the recording head whose ejection number is compared with the threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
