<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic oil tank and a construction vehicle being less influenced by oil surface variation. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic tank 200 includes a suction pipe 290 and a suction case 281. The suction pipe 290 extends from a side surface T<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of a housing 210 and has a first opening V<SB POS="POST">1</SB>which opens laterally.
