<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling plant of livestock excreta enabling complete circulation in which organic wastes recovering from a livestock farm, such as a poultry farm and pig farm, are burned completely using an efficient combustion device to generate inorganic wastes as fertilizers or water quality improving agents for supplying to the livestock farm. <P>SOLUTION: The recycling plant includes: a first recovery means 3 for recovering organic wastes containing livestock excreta; a combustion means 5 for burning the organic wastes as burning agents by a predetermined combustion device 6; and a second recovery means 7 for recovering inorganic wastes as a result of the combustion step as at least one of fertilizers and water quality improving agents. The combustion device 6 includes: a body cylinder having double structure of the rotatable outer cylinder and the inner cylinder arranged on the same axis; a combustion cylinder connecting to the tip end of the cylinder for burning the burning agents; and an air passage supplying air to the internal space of the inner cylinder and the combustion cylinder using a gap of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
