摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode plate which can increase battery capacity while enhancing durability thereof, and to provide a lithium ion secondary battery, or the like, with that negative electrode plate. <P>SOLUTION: The negative electrode plate 131 of a lithium ion secondary batter comprises a negative electrode collector plate 132, and a negative electrode active material layer 133 formed thereon.
