<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to carry out a clinical application as a biomaterial since there is still no report about a solid solution site in a β-TCP structure which carries out replacement/solid solution of a trivalent metal ion, and there is also no report of physical property evaluations of a mechanical property of a material, solubility in a living body or the like by a metal ion solid solution to a solid solution site. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a tricalcium phosphate sintered body manufacturing method which includes: a mixing process which removes solvent ethanol from an obtained mixture after carrying out wet blending of diammonium hydrogenphosphate, calcium carbonate, and a trivalent metal oxide; a crushing process which removes a solvent after grinding a mixture obtained at the mixing process in the solvent; a molding process which carries out one axis pressurization molding of a powder obtained at the crushing process and creates a molding; and a burning process which calcinates the molding obtained at the molding process. Moreover the invention provides biomaterial ceramics which comprise tricalcium phosphate which carried out solid solution of a trivalent metal ion classified into a living body essential element or a living body microdose essential element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
