AZO PIGMENT OR TAUTOMER THEREOF, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, PIGMENT DISPERSION, COLORED COMPOSITION, INK FOR INKJET RECORDING, COLORED COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER, AND COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azo compound being excellent in color characteristic such as tinting strength, hue and color reproducibility and indicating heat resistance, light resistance and high contrast, an azo pigment, an azo pigment dispersion and a colored composition; to further provide a colored composition containing the azo pigment; to further provide a manufacturing method for the azo pigment capable of manufacturing it at high efficiency with sufficient reproducibility while controlling it to a specific structure isomerism and specific crystal pleomorphy; and to further provide a colored composition containing a dispersion of the azo pigment.

SOLUTION: The azo pigment has a characteristic X-ray diffraction peak on Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) of 6.9°, 25.8° and 27.1° in CuKα characteristic X-ray diffraction, has a peak height at 10.9° of 0.2 or less relative to a peak height at 11.9°, and is represented by formula (1). The tautomer, the salt, the hydrate or the solvate thereof is provided.
