The present invention relates to an underwear having improved air permeability and temperature adjustment functions when a man or a woman wears a triangular underwear and the underwear is fitted between the genitals and the thighs, by separating the underwear lining around the groin from the thighs in upright and seating positions, so that fresh air is circulated, blood circulation is improved, skin disease is prevented, and odor is replaced by fragrance, and at the same time, the underwear being capable of applying pressure to the prostate when a wearer walks or sits in a chair. More specifically, the underwear having improved air permeability and temperature adjustment function relates to a men's or women's triangular underwear for improved air permeability between the male/female genitals and the thighs, the underwear comprising: circular balls, each having a plurality of first ventilation grooves; a connection portion connected to both sides of the circular ball; a plurality of elliptical balls connected to the connection portion, each of the elliptical balls having a plurality of second ventilation grooves; and a ventilation ball portion inserted directly into the left and right linings of the front side of the underwear in an injecting manner, or inserted into a textile tube first and then coupled to the left and right linings of the front side of the underwear, so that the circular balls on both ends of the ventilation ball portion are integrally connected. Accordingly, the ventilation balls positioned on the prostate between the scrotum and the anus continuously stimulate the prostate when a wearer is walking, thereby enabling better blood circulation, and apply pressure onto the prostate when a wearer is seated, thereby lowering the risks of prostate diseases, and preventing close fitting between the underwear and the prostate area to prevent sweating and enhance air permeability. |
